With many students still going to school virtually we wanted to share a friendly reminder that text neck and strenuous device usage can be very harmful. Make sure when your student is on their break they stretch and when they are on the device their posture should be straight not to put lots of strain on their spine. If your child has strain on their spine from this please bring them in for a spinal adjustment to prevent pain later. Your body communicates through the spine and when things are not aligned you are not operating at full potential.
