I recently bought a 21 acre tract of land with the aid of eXp Realty Agent Melissa Thomas. She met me at the tract in which I was interested on time. We took off thru the woods following survey lines, old logging roads, field edges, etc. Afterwards, we discussed the deal and she wrote a contract and I gave her the deposit for the land. She contacted the owner (on the spot) and we agreed to a price. The next day she had the final contract ready for signing and we closed two weeks later. She is a great realtor, and handled everything very quicky and very professionally. I highly recommend her and eXp Realty.
