I had an issue with my water pressure and needed a wobbly tap to be fixed. Booking the appointment was very easy and I appreciated that they had invested in a proper booking system. The problem was quickly identified by one of their staff and Greg came by and installed a new water pump the very same day. Problem solved.

They arranged a visit to service my boiler within two days Very efficient and helpful as I have just moved in and it was a boiler I wasn’t familiar with. Thank you for your help.

We moved into our new house but were unable to get the boiler to work. I used Facebook local group to recommend a good local boiler and GJR was the first response. I found their website and discovered I could request a call out for the next morning. Greg arrived early and found the fault. Within a few hours I had a quote for the work needed and by the end of the day we had hot water and heating again. Great service at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again. We highly recommend.

Greg came and fitted a new boiler, replacing a 20 year plus old one . He was prompt,laying a carpet protection down before doing anything else. When he finished fitting the new boiler he tested the whole system,making sure everything was working properly. We were then given clear instruction on how to operate and set the boiler to our liking. Before Greg left he made sure he had completely tidied everything and that we were happy with what was done .We highly recommend GJR to anyone

Failed boiler in winter! Greg attended promptly and courteously. Sourcing parts involved two trips to Exeter over a total repair duration of 3 days, but the eventual result is a lovely warm house again. I've no hesitation in recommending Greg.

Very reliable and professional! We needed a gas safety certificate and boiler service done ASAP, updates via text messaging confirming appointments, timings and when the engineer is en route was nice. With complications due to our engineer calling in sick, GJR went out their way to ensure the job gets done on set date. I would highly recommend GJR for any plumbing and heating needs.

Greg, Tom, Sheona and the GjR team are brilliant they have always been able to fit us in asap. We have used them for a boiler service and to have a new boiler fitted, for both they were extremely officiant, honest, friendly and kind. I will definitely use them again soon.
