Giovanna deserves 6 stars if I could give them! She's an excellent realtor; but what's best is how much she cares for her clients. She responds to every call or text, answers any question, and goes above and beyond to resolve problems that arise. She's wonderful and helped us find two new homes within 6 months.

As a first-time home buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better guide through the process than Giovanna. From day one, she was incredibly generous with her time and knowledge, and always made me feel like a priority. I had a packed schedule and could only do tours on Sunday mornings, and she never hesitated to make herself available—even early in the day—just to accommodate me. What truly stood out was how patient and informative she was, especially when it came to the parts of the process I knew nothing about. She walked me through how to put together an effective offer, explaining everything in a way that made sense and made me feel confident in my decisions. I never once felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely supported. She also was there when parts of the home buying process didn’t go well (and trust me, it’s a complicated process so sometimes things happen!). Not only that, but she was patient with both me (as the seller) and when the buyers had run into a couple of unfortunate snags along the way. I was very happy to have had Giovanna as my seller's agent. I was living in California during the pandemic and I had to rehab and sell my mother's house in Miami. There were no flights going to Miami or anywhere and with much of Giovanna's contacts and investigating for me, way before I even hired her she found specific requirements for city and specifically Miami Shores Building and Safety Requirements that made the sale work. My mother tried with 3 agents before to sell the house with no success, and Giovanna helped me rehab and sell it remotely within a 60 day contract period. ( I would have extended her contract, anyway.) Giovanna used her contacts to help me inspect, rebuild parts of the home as well as find the requirements necessary to pass inspection. Her website presentation and use of virtual staging marketed my mother's home very well while saving me money on actual staging. She did not rush me to take offers either, unless they satisfied our satisfaction. She was very helpful and selective during the negotiation process and my mom is so grateful to me that I took care of selling her house for her. Meanwhile, I get the satisfaction of being an awesome son. Thanks again Giovanna. You were great to work with.
