We can’t thank Michael and the lads enough.what a fantastic job they have done. Initially started with just the roof and changed mid job with new insulation added to the roof and cladding and insulation to the front of the house. What a transformation. Job completed on time with minimal disruption. They always cleaned up everyday to make sure there are no screws or nails on the drive for the car. All the lads are so polite couldn’t recommend them enough and was a very competitive price and no surprises.thank you so much. !!

What a fantastic honest man Michael is. We have had several roofers out advising full roof replacement is required and other works around the roof. Michael came out promptly even though I had to reschedule and get him out earlier. He looked all around and advised everything is fine and no works required. This type of honestly barely exists anymore. Me and my husband were very impressed. He also took the time to look around the house and advise us of other works that may be required and provided numbers and advise which he didn't need to do. I'm a very anxious person and he has put me at rest. Any roofing works required he will be my first call and I definitely recommend if you want a honest and down to earth roofer. After having 2 or 3 bad experiences from other builders and roofers, I was absolutely delighted with the work form Gilesgate Roofing. They renewed our whole roof, facias, gutters and drain pipes. They also took down two redundant chimneys and left the roof in fabulous condition. On completion they cleaned the windows, and tidied all around the house. They were polite, courteous, and did what they said they would do. Oh, and the price was very competitive. Well done Micheal and team. Great job, highly recommended.

Gilesgate Roofing are a very reliable local business who we have used multiple times for small jobs and last year used to replace our entire roof. After some research of our own, we followed the advice of Michael to install 'tlx gold' loft insulation which is a foil-like stuff that does a better job than traditional insulation. It's one of the best 'upgrade' products we've ever bought - the attic stayed so warm during winter and in these hot summer days is only slightly warmer than the rest of the house compared to the horrible bake it used to be. Gilesgate Roofing's prices have always been very competitive with anything else local, the quality of the work is great!
