Gilbert Self Storage

I have material at two storage places currently and this place has always taken care of me. Most recently, I requested a change of spots for my RV, and they not only accommodated my choice for the new spot, they kept my monthly premium the same - even though it was a more expensive spot! Highly recommend. The ppl who manage and work there are very reasonable and approachable.

Hate to leave a bad review but this place was very unhelpful today. I understand U-Haul locations vary on what trucks and rentals they had, but the service we had today was completely horrible. We had a rental for a moving truck today and we pull up on time for our reservation. We were told they “don’t have our rental available today” and that we should have gotten an email, where there was no update email for where our rental would be. The lady at the store then proceeded to tell us where our rental would be and gave us an address to a UHaul Repair Shop, and basically left us stranded and without any hope for getting the rental we needed. Fortunately, we found another UHaul location about 20 mins away that was able to help us but we had to basically restart a whole new reservation. I just think the poor communication and wasting our time driving around (on a Saturday too) deserves this one star. Would not reserve for this place again.

Great storage facility. I have used a couple storage places as well as worked in the moving industry so I've seen it all. There is always someone there to answer the phone to answer any questions or show you around the place. As long as I live near by I will be using Gilbert Self Storage.

My family and I began using Gilbert Self Storage when the business first opened and continue to be extremely pleased with every aspect of the storage facility. The storage units are clean, easy to access, great security, and reasonably priced. The staff are the best! Christy and others see to your needs and help with any questions you have. So kind and friendly!

Easy! Honest! FAST! Friendly! By far the most competitive and honest pricing around the Lexington/ Gilbert side of town. The facility has great security, access to management and even the owners. It's a family owned and operated business. Christy was very helpful. She was great with the 2 customers in front of me. She immediately acknowledged me when I came through the door. Christy insisted on giving the unit one last cleaning before I dropped my property. She gave me complete confidence in leaving my property with them.

I'm usually not the person to leave a review unless I feel that the establishment has gone above and beyond the reasonable expectation. Gilbert Self Storage has checked that box. They are a very well run storage facility that makes the entire process a breeze. Super friendly as well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Had a great experience renting a boat storage spot. Facility is clean, well-organized, and secure. Paperwork was quick and easy. Christy was very helpful and very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Christy is so smart and knowledgeable with her job. She was so helpful and not rushing at all!! Made me feel less anxious in what I was doing to get my unit with Gilbert Self Storage. She even called me on Saturday to make sure all was well getting into my unit. Thanks Christy for all you do!! Ps the unit was so clean like she said it would be!!!!

Great experience 2day @ Gilbert Self Storage. Friendly staff, exceptional customer service. Was in & out very quickly. The rate for units are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Gilbert Self Storage for your storage needs.
