This is perfectly complemented by the carpentry and finish work overseen by Daniil. His attention to detail and genuine desire to ensure the customer is satisfied with every cut and finish are world-class. Professionalism & Communication One of the most impressive parts of the experience was their organization. The crew arrived on time every day, and they kept the work areas clean and organized—even when unexpected obstacles arose that required redesigning on the fly. They truly live by their mission that "customer satisfaction is immensely important," keeping me updated and informed throughout the entire project. GID had a vision of how we could make my kitchen area larger by removing the washer, dryer area and placing that in a different area in our house. We were able to go to their showroom and pick out materials To update our kitchen to high end. Oksana is easy to work with and provides options for your needs and accommodate for your desires. We were able to incorporate everything I wanted into our new kitchen. When the project started, the crew were always courteous and understanding, and would ask questions if they were unsure, which was pretty easy since I worked from home. They were very careful to protect the areas around to try and control dust. If an issue arose, it was taken care of quickly. I always felt if I even had a question on the weekend. I could ask, knowing that they may not answer until Monday, but for the most part, they got back to me quickly. Recently, we had an issue Friday night that needed attention ASAP even after the project was 99.9% completed. Daniil, the owner, did not hesitate and came out on Saturday to address the issue and finished replacing a drawer front that was damaged during installing our oven. During the renovation we were able to keep our refrigerator in the kitchen the entire time until the last day, which was nice because I thought they would have removed it, but instead, they worked around it. If I ever have another project done, I will be hiring GID to do it because they are top notch, and do a fantastic job throughout the entire process. No wonder they are voted number one. Like I said earlier, everyone that is associated with this company is helpful, extremely nice, patient and willing to work with you. There was never no pressure always looking to please us.
