GID Renovation

GID had a vision of how we could make my kitchen area larger by removing the washer, dryer area and placing that in a different area in our house. We were able to go to their showroom and pick out materials To update our kitchen to high end. Oksana is easy to work with and provides options for your needs and accommodate for your desires. We were able to incorporate everything I wanted into our new kitchen. When the project started, the crew were always courteous and understanding, and would ask questions if they were unsure, which was pretty easy since I worked from home. They were very careful to protect the areas around to try and control dust. If an issue arose, it was taken care of quickly. I always felt if I even had a question on the weekend. I could ask, knowing that they may not answer until Monday, but for the most part, they got back to me quickly. Recently, we had an issue Friday night that needed attention ASAP even after the project was 99.9% completed. Daniil, the owner, did not hesitate and came out on Saturday to address the issue and finished replacing a drawer front that was damaged during installing our oven. During the renovation we were able to keep our refrigerator in the kitchen the entire time until the last day, which was nice because I thought they would have removed it, but instead, they worked around it. If I ever have another project done, I will be hiring GID to do it because they are top notch, and do a fantastic job throughout the entire process. No wonder they are voted number one. Like I said earlier, everyone that is associated with this company is helpful, extremely nice, patient and willing to work with you. There was never no pressure always looking to please us.

We had our floors done and completely remodeled our kitchen through GID. They offer kitchens from well-known brands, and Oksana was incredibly helpful in creating detailed layouts and guiding us through every design decision. There’s also the option to order a fully customized kitchen built in their own factory. At first, we considered a ready-made kitchen, but once we realized how unique our space was, we decided to go with a fully custom design—and we're so glad we did! The team did an outstanding job. They are highly knowledgeable, offered valuable advice, and truly listened to all our ideas and concerns. One thing that stood out to us was that GID works with a dedicated team of professionals who have been with them for years—not just temporary workers. This made a huge difference in the quality and consistency of the work. Our experience with GID was extremely positive, and we’ll definitely be returning for future projects. Thank you, GID!
