This stay is not anymore actively managed by the earlier host you see in Airbnb. It's an independent house where 1/2 rooms are occupied by tenants and the third room is up for stay. If you are going with a female, it's a big NO-GO. There is always a group of 3-4 boys sitting in the hall area. The kitchen is not clean. Forget about the cleanliness in the room. The location is a bit off road. I constantly saw delivery boys and cab drivers sitting in the hall. Not a good experience. It was too noisy all the time. Only good thing you get a wifi and AC in this price range. But, it wouldn't be worth the awkward experience.

Cheap quality guest house . 500 rs. Is much more for this type of guest house. Basically it is not guest house, it is mess or like B grade boys hostel. If you book for 2hrs then fine only for boys . Not for family. We are staying here for 2 days accidentally because we have pet. Worst decision for my life . We are staying many more places and hotels because we are travel lover. But here staying of 2 days of my life is worst days of my life .minimum hygiene not maintain in Bathroom and room also. Apart from that bed sheet was also torn. Then we will come on Breakfast. Horrible complimentary breakfast he served🤮. Full Meghalaya trip was hampered for the breakfast they served. We all got seek .

Booked two rooms through Booking.com for 1 night stay at Giardino De Fiore. The place has good ambience and the rooms were clean. It was easy to book and access cabs from this location. Lipi, the host was sweet and welcoming. Will definitely recommend a stay here.

Most third class hotel or homestay, whatever they call it. there are no minimum services, we have ask for a towel and drinking water, they provide us that after 2:30 hrs. Owner was not present at the property, she send a guy to attend us but he is the most rude and careless host i have ever seen. But according to conversation over the phone i think owner herself is a nice person.

very bad, the caretakers were very rude n cooked in the kitchen interrupting you, n slept in the living room where we were enjoying so we had to move to our rooms for the rest of the night. Edit: (reply) we did say very clearly that we were going for a houseparty and to that you agreed. Also the behaviour of the hosts was completely out of line, and there's no excuse for that.

It was so good we want to go back again! The place was perfect! Loved the common space and its pretty, creative details. The room was clean, spacious and cosy with thoughtful amenities like a tea/coffee maker, bathrobe and slippers. The hosts were gracious and super-helpful.

Our stay was just amazing. Interior is very simple and attractive. Away from the madding crowd at a peaceful place. A perfect place for hanging out with your friends or family on weekends or vacation. Staffs are very humble and friendly and yes ofcrs Lipi Das the owner she's really very cooperative , humble and very friendly. nice place to stay at, even with your partner its couple friendly. And yes the food is also a delight to have. Do visit once

We booked the place through airbnb and we were a little sceptical about the place as it had no reviews and the photos seemed too good to be true. When we reached, it was a little hard to find, but when you see it you know it. It's a cute little place, the owner has decorated it with a lot of love. It looked exactly like the pictures, very cozy and warm. We had a conversation with the host also, she was really nice. She left tiny, cute scrolls for us also, everything we wanted from there, it was already there for us. Wish we could've stayed there a bit longer. I couldn't get too many pictures. Totally recommend!

A perfect budget-friendly stay, if you’re looking to stay somewhere that feels like home away from your home. The stay was comfortable. Rooms were perfectly cleaned. And the host, Lipi, is very welcoming and professional. A definite recommend.

Beautiful place to stay and spend the night! The room was lovely and was as clean as a whistle! Amazing host and the caretaker was very helpful! Also they provide such great food (Ghar ka khana) at such reasonable rates. Overall, was very satisfied with the stay! I would definately recommend people this place!
