I recently booked deep cleaning services for my home. This was my second booking. I booked again because my first experience was very good and I was very satisfied at that time. However, this time the experience was disappointing. It felt like the service team took the customer for granted. The team assigned this time was not as good as the earlier one, and many areas were left unclean. The person who cleaned the kitchen and dry area seemed lazy. He did not clean the washing machine, and dirt was left behind the fridge and table. I trusted them during service because they claim they will take care of everything.I also pointed out many things during the cleaning, but some issues are noticed only when you start using the area later. This experience has reduced my trust in the service. I also noticed that the team was less equipped compared to my first visit. Overall, I am not satisfied. The team looked like they were in a hurry and did not complete the work properly. Vikas is a nice person, but the overall service quality definitely needs improvement.
