Very poor customer service experience with GGR Second Hand Office Furniture.
I inquired about a computer table and even sent a message on WhatsApp. My message was seen, but there was no reply even after waiting for more than an hour. It feels unprofessional when a business reads a customer query and chooses to ignore it instead of responding.
If you are busy, at least acknowledge the message or inform the customer. Ignoring queries gives a very negative impression.
Not recommended based on this experience.
