Chris and his Team were truly incredible. I admire Chris for working on the pool and even jumping inside the pool and diving in on our worst freezing days on a mission to fix our leak. While most would require heating up the pool or waiting for summer, Chris has no excuses and gets down to business. Leak was major and showed to be on the opposite side of the pool from where they found it. I couldn’t believe it, but with their fancy tech, they were able to pinpoint the area which was extremely far from where we expected it to be. Now my pool holds water and the stone deck was repaired by them like nothing happened. I am very impressed with the work, and I’ll say they were extremely committed, great communication and fair pricing! Thank you, Chris!

Chris worked us in on his very busy schedule.. He worked quickly and efficiently to basically give the pool a physical, identified the issue that was causing loss of water, did a temporary fix and identified what it will take to make permanent fixes along with an estimate that carried a one year warranty.
