Manuel is very professional, responds quickly and his team does high quality work. His office manager is on top of things and also communicates quickly, to make sure the project is managed properly. His team also shows up on time and does the work to get the job done quickly. Great people and very well run company.

German Roofing completed a full roof replacement for us in Jan. 2026, and replaced a skylight. They also repaired some water damage from a roof leak. They surpassed our expectations and we are very pleased. Communication was clear, the crew was punctual, and they cleaned up the site each day. The estimate was one of the lower ones we received and we are happy we chose to work with German Roofing.

Everyone in our neighborhood was getting a new roof. We knew our time was coming. We decided to pre-empt any problems and scheduled inspections with a couple of roofing companies. One we found on the web, the other, German Roofing, came recommended by a friend with rental properties. Long and short, we decided to employ German Roofing. First, their bid was lower than the other company for the same service/product, and they've been in business for a very long time. Manuel came and inspected our roof, described everything he found, provided pictures, and explained our options, which included a minimal cost option to repair the damage he did find, which would enable us to limp along for another 2-3 years. I was surprised he offered this option, since it would've been easy for him to just indicate our roof needed to be replaced. We decided to replace the entire roof, and the patio covering. I am so pleased with the whole experience. I am impressed with the crew, nimbly climbing all over the roof, in 115 degree temperatures. They were always very courteous, and cleaned up our yard and driveway every night. One evening, when a storm was rolling in, our dinner was interrupted by the doorbell. One of the guys drove all the way over to be sure everything up top was battened down before the winds came. At the end, I expected some additional cost, as one never knows what the plywood will look like, and likely might need to be repaired. Additionally, tiles break during the process. We were not presented with any additional costs. Again, surprising. Manuel sent pictures again of the work in progress, showing the state of the plywood, and the finished product. The day after our roof was finished, it finally rained. No leaks, which is expected, but I was still pleased. I would definitely recommend German Roofing. We will be calling them every year for an inspection.

I highly recommend German Roofing. We own multiple houses and only call German Roofing for any and all roofing issues. We have used them for roof inspection, roof repair and they are coming next week for skylight replacement and to install solar fans in my attic. They are easy to work with, responsive, and affordable.

We had a new roof put on in May by German Roofing. They had the best price and best guarantee . The workers were very professional and on time, cleaned up each day before leaving. I would highly recommend German Roofing and I will use them again on other properties I own. Fantastic work!

German Roofing was recommended by my son-in-law "Handy Andy". They did some work for him and he was very satisfied. They redid my patio roof (flat) and did some maintenance 5 or so years ago. My house was built in 1999 (tile) and I had a small roof leak. The first one I thought of to do the replacement was German Roofing.
