They went out of their way to accommodate my elderly parents move into a retirement village and adapted to forced timing changes on the fly without any complaints. A month after the move some damage was noted on a plastic fan blade and Gerhard immediately responded to a query to replace same. Excellent, old-fashioned customer service.
