Found George's online yesterday and scheduled maintenance on my dryer for today. The tech was very nice, professional and had the dryer fixed in less than hour and the cost was less than anticipated. All scheduling, updates on arrival and payments were by text and very easy. I highly recommend them.

By far hands down the best experience I've had with a company. After having another company waste my day to never show up I reached out to George's who immediately understood my hesitation and frustrations with getting my appliances fixed and people not showing up. They guaranteed they would show up. I had to pay $60 deposit which is the service call that covers up to two appliances. I was hesitant at first because I'm like what if I get scammed. But I didn't. They confirmed they would be here the day of. They didn't lie to me like others and my washer wasn't even broken and they were able to diagnose my dishwasher and get me an invoice. They made an appointment to fix it today. The guy showed up on time and fixed it efficiently and was also so sweet to my son who wanted to help and be near him. Overall beyond a positive great experience. I'm so so happy I found George's appliance repair and would recommend to anyone. Thank you you all for making this experience painless and yay I have a dishwasher again.

The service repair man, Arturo was fantastic. From the moment he came to my home he explained everything that he was going to do in order to get my ice maker going. He was very methodical and he got the ice machine working. He also got my water dispenser working on the refrigerator. I was very pleased with his work, his demeanor and his professionalism.

We had our refrigerator stop working on Thanksgiving day. We called local repair who were the brands suggested repair service. They came out diagnosed the problem just by my describing what had happened. Never looked at the unit. Wouldn’t even pull it out. I had to. But he didn’t take anything off the back to look inside. Said we needed motherboard and it would be a while for them to get it in. Had appointment finally and that morning they cancelled. It was 3 weeks without a refrigerator. Disgusted with this my wife called George’s. They were out within a short time. Did total check up of the unit and ascertained that the motherboard was not defective or burnt out. The wires were bunched together and that was probably what caused the problem. Said to wait 24 hours to see if problem returned. It didn’t. We will never use anyone else for any appliance repair. They are quick and very thorough. Honest and their service charge was less than half of the original repair service we called. We got our unit back working as good as new. I highly highly suggest George’s. Honest, professional, and totally knowledgeable. thank you!

Everything about George’s service was professional, very honest and completely satisfying. He came on time, with advance notice and fixed the problem that appeared to be a big problem but he fixed it and charged a small reasonable fee. WE ATTACHED HIS CARD ON OUR APPLIANCE FOR ALL FUTURE REPAIRS. I’m 70 and he is the best I’ve ever seen!!

We had an issue with our oven. Jorge took his time to troubleshoot our problem and was able to replace the necessary part to get our oven working again. Whether I reached out via text, phone, or their website, George's Appliance Repair was prompt to return the communication. They communicated well with appointment setups, windows of time for service, and notified me of arrival when they were about 15 minutes away. They are up front with their pricing and how long it would take to receive parts and preform the repair. We had a wonderful experience.
