Project Spotlight: Hughes House Gym & Recreational Facility 🏗️
George Wayne Mechanical (GWM) is proud to have completed the mechanical work for the Hughes House Gym and Recreational Facility, a key part of the transformative Hughes House development in Fort Worth.
This exciting project, led by PRIM Construction and backed by Fort Worth Housing Solutions and the City of Fort Worth, is revitalizing the Stop Six Choice Neighborhood with modern, mixed-use spaces. Phase I will bring 210 new apartments and townhomes, along with 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial space to support local businesses.
Our Role:

✅ Supporting a project that honors the legacy of Coach Robert Hughes Sr., the winningest boys' basketball coach in history
