We were blown away by the professionalism and sheer brilliance of George Ranalli! Hired him for our West Greenwich Village remodel; found him because of the positive reviews across platforms. He and his team surpassed all high expectations. First, he saved us approval time with the coop board, by being creative and authoritative on the most cost-efficient way to get the work done. Second, when the contractor we'd found was nonresponsive, George found us a wonderful construction company that was fair and did excellent work. Third, on his own time, George checked in on the work and made sure all went smoothly. We've done projects at several residences and have had good experiences, but never before found an architect of George's caliber and dedication.
