Called for emergency service for no heat on Monday February 2nd at 10:24am and left a message, after not getting a response I called the 2nd number at 1:03pm and I was told he would have someone here between 3 and 6pm. Nobody ever showed or called. I called again at 6:50pm and got no answer. I had to now find someone else to come who responded within the hour since it was one of the coldest days we had after the weekend of below zero wind chills. How do you let someone go all day with no heat in that weather after saying somebody would show without so much of a phone call? That’s not just bad business, it’s much worse. They have serviced my boiler before but I can guarantee never again. They will probably say I called and told them not to come which is correct, at 7:34pm and left a message, after I had the other company respond, I have the calls recorded, no excuse.
