I called them all most midnight on 12/23 since my burner was not working. Eric took the call and showed up in 20 mins and get the repair done in about 60-70 mins. Eric is very professional and answered a lot of questions I had and even provided recommendations on how to properly maintain my burner. This company is highly recommended!

Called for emergency service for no heat on Monday February 2nd at 10:24am and left a message, after not getting a response I called the 2nd number at 1:03pm and I was told he would have someone here between 3 and 6pm. Nobody ever showed or called. I called again at 6:50pm and got no answer. I had to now find someone else to come who responded within the hour since it was one of the coldest days we had after the weekend of below zero wind chills. How do you let someone go all day with no heat in that weather after saying somebody would show without so much of a phone call? That’s not just bad business, it’s much worse. They have serviced my boiler before but I can guarantee never again. They will probably say I called and told them not to come which is correct, at 7:34pm and left a message, after I had the other company respond, I have the calls recorded, no excuse.

George Hafner’s service person was professional and knowledgeable. He explained my issue clearly and in detail, and I appreciated the care he took to avoid damaging my pipes. I’m hopeful he can return to complete the repair once the pipes thaw.

They got the job done! Oil-Fired Water heater cracked and crapped out on a Sunday at 4 PM. Water was leaking and aggregating in the basement. The crew stopped the leak and drained the damaged tank that night. The next day at 3 PM a new water heater was installed and fully operational. Quick service, Great communication, clean work, competent crew. They also perform my annual tune-ups for 3 burners. My wife is happy so I am thrilled, the whole family is.
