Stayed at Sixteen Cape Escapes 3 weeks ago The location is really good but my experience was quite disappointing. The linen on 2 of the 3 beds was not clean and had hairs from previous people. Although new linen was provided after a lengthy phone call this should not happen. Also shower pressure was great in main bedroom but a mere trickle in second bathroom. Also despite the information saying the 200 security deposit would automatically be reimbursed it wasn't as of 3 weeks later- I sent a message but then had to ring a few hours later as message was not responded to. After being on hold I was told there had been an error when the automatic reimbursement was supposed to be returned. I had no notification of any error. I have been told it has now been put on my card but not showing as of yet. I hope it has now been resolved. So despite the good location and some nice features of the accomodation I would not recommend as the negatives far outweighed the positives. It was a shame as could have been really good. Poor communication and lack of customer service detracted considerably.

Millie’s was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and in a nice part of Busselton only a few blocks from town. The added touches of breakfast provisions plus a washer and dryer made our stay wonderful. We were able to meet Ron the owner and Millie his dog which was a nice touch. 5 stars.

Atkinson street Unit 2. Group of 3 - two downstairs and one upstairs. Lockable Foyer area for guests, "U" shaped driveway, tinted windows and blinds. Upstairs apartment has a balcony. Communal laundry space with washer and dryer, lines outside. Unit 2 - had a Queen size bed and two king singles in separate room, 1 small bathroom with spa/shower and basin, separate toilet. On entry Unit 2 had a few items missing - cereals bowls (we had one), saucepans (although we had the lids), one coffee table leg dodgy - reported to business - a plus was tea, coffee, sugar, soap, shower gel, spare loo roll, some "Alfoil" and "Gladwrap". Air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge/dining/kitchen area. Only 200m to the beach!! Bring your own beach umbrella, beach towels and a good pair of walking sandals - the sand gets very hot!!! Watch out for people fishing off the beach, the occasional dog and beach spiders!! One creepy crawly nearly came home with us in our beach bag. Nasty!

I desperately needed a relaxing mid year break and I booked a stay with Geographe Holiday Homes. I wasn’t disappointed. They made everything so easy and straightforward. A beautiful home with every amenity you needed in such a fabulous location. My only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer due to work commitments. I shall return and I highly recommend this company for all your holiday plans. Thanks to all the wonderful staff.

Very disappointed with our stay at Holiday on the Terrace in Dunsborough , first impressions , a large house in desperate need of a lot of TLC the gardens were all overgrown, dead leaves all over and cobwebs all over the bbq and alfresco tables and chairs nothing has been cleaned in months ,dirty carpets in bedroom could with replacing before they crawled out, dare not go barefooted on it, showers not 100%, very slow water flow, furniture was filthy crumbs and dirt down the side of the cushions not impressed at all, . Geograph staff , you must get you act together and inspect these properties before you let them out. It would save all the complaint. I would ask for a refund but these days it is pointless because nobody listens or gets offended. I am a senior 75 years old so I know what is good and what is u,nexceptionable Rant over not going back to thatproperty again.

I did not actually get to stay at any of the apartments I booked; both of my bookings through an online portal got cancelled by the property after taking my money due.to double booking. The managing agency in Busselton managed to sort something out for my son, but could not do anything for me. To rub salt into the wounds the property told me I had to follow up with the online booking site to get my refund, after they took my money. My advice, call the managing agent to book directly or get confirmation from them straight after making the booking.

We very recently stayed in a property run by this company in Busselton ('Busselton River Cottage with Wifi' as advertised on Booking.Com). (Who doesn't have WiFi on offer these days!!??). We do not recommend this company. They use a 3rd party payment system that requires handing over yr drivers licence and credit card details (in addition to payment alreadybeing made thru Booking.Com) - whose system is faulty, and the only telephone help you can access is in the Phillipines. They even tried asking for it to be sent on email! No concept of the risk of identity theft!! We were stuck outside this property at 7pm at night trying to sort it out. The company line on their website promises 'meticulous' holiday accommodation - our was anything but : Front door that doesn't shut properly No sensor or manual lights at the front door to try and sort through 5 keys Smelly, musty bedrooms Bathroom door that doesn't shut properly! Old, broken, worn-out, mis-matched furniture Full garbage bins from previous tenants not emptied Tacky wooden garden lattice inside the front room doors! Redundant TVs in bedrooms - no power points anywhere near them Blown bulbs in bedside lamps Curtains hanging in/over bedside lamps for added fire danger Creaking floorboards outside bedrooms Tacky dos and don't notices posted everywhere Daggy linen on the beds Beds uncomfortable and a trip hazard (weird old bed bases that jut out to continuously kick your toes on) We didn't want to shower there (no screens around the shower) or have breakfast there - we just wanted to get out ASAP! It was the worst 12 hours of our lovely 2 week holiday in WA in the Margaret River area. Despite lodging complaints with the call service in the Phillipines, I have not been contacted as I requested, hence this Google review. Reply to the owner's/company response of today/11th Oct: I don't believe the promises. I think they are patronising lies. Reviewing the other adverse reviews of the past few years has shown that they have NOT addressed the same repeated concerns. The response has not addressed other key concerns, such as the use of the additional 3rd party pay/ID system with offshore support, that is clearly faulty. It should be enough, if the property is booked on Booking.Com

Bookings were so easy to do. Everything was explained in detail and I was well informed of all processes, costs, etc. Would definitely use this booking service again. Very friendly staff
