I have been a customer of Geoffrey's Diamonds for over 10 years. Customer service, attention to detail and selection of jewelry sets them aside from anyone else. I use to live in the Bay Area and would have Sonny as my personal jeweler. I have recently moved out of state and even from afar she takes such good care of my shopping needs and is prompt to answer all my questions, send me a pictures of the items I'm interested in and will ship my purchase right away. Geoffrey's Diamonds by far is the BEST store for all your jewelry needs

After my ring setting broke, I spent a long time searching for a jeweler I could truly trust, as the thought of leaving my piece with someone unknown was stressful. I finally took a friend's recommendation, and I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, Felicia was phenomenal. She was super friendly, took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and balanced that perfectly by sharing her own expert views and recommendations. She was incredibly communicative throughout the process and set clear. I have already recommended two new clients, and I will certainly be back for all future jewelry needs. Felicia is a gem!

My husband and I only shop for jewelry At Geoffreys because the people there are so awesome. Everyone is so nice and treats you like a close friend. Sonny is amazing and so knowledgeable. Erica assisted me the other day and wasn't pushy for me to purchase something- just gave me numerous options always with a smile. I wish I could give Geoffrey’s 5 stars because my ring itself was absolutely stunning and everything I wanted. However, I felt the communication was really bad. After designing my ring with my fiancée, he paid for it in full and we proceeded to wait while it was made. This is where things went wrong. First, the CAD designs took weeks to come in after we were originally told it would take a week. When we reached out to ask about the designs, we never got an email back. We finally got the designs with little explanation as to why they were so delayed (they got back upped). Then, my fiancée had given them a specific date (a couple months down the line) to which he was proposing and needed the ring by. They said that they would make it happened. It came to the week before he was proposing and he still hadn’t heard anything. He emailed multiple times over the week with no response back before eventually calling and reaching someone. Essentially, after quite a bit of push back we got the ring an hour before we left for our trip and the proposal was beautiful. While I understand being delayed during busy season, as a customer who has paid thousands of dollars, all we were looking for was a bit of communication. If we had been updated better throughout the process, there would be no issue. However, the waiting and never hearing back after multiple emails was super stressful especially after putting down so much money.

I've been going to Geoffrey's for 30 years, back when Geoffrey was still running the shop in the old location. I hadn't been in since Geoffrey retired and they moved to the new location. Beautiful store and gorgeous jewelry. I went in to talk to them about having a ring sized. I spoke with Erica. She was very friendly and attentive, answered all my questions and helped me with what I needed to have done. I highly recommend Geoffrey's for all fine jewelry needs.

Geoffrey’s is incredible, especially Erica. She helped take my mother’s ring that had my great grandmother’s diamond and create a beautiful engagement ring that couldn’t be more perfect. She was so patient with my many requests for changes in the design and helped celebrate when my fiancé and I came back in to shop to buy our wedding rings. We were met very friendly by Erika when we walked in the store. She was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. She showed us several rings and we picked one out. I love it!! We will definitely be back to shop at Geoffrey’s.

Geoffrey’s Diamonds is wonderful! I came in because my diamond setting had a crack, and they helped me choose a new one. The craftsmanship is beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. The service from the entire team was exceptional as well, everyone was so helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad my friend recommended Geoffrey's to me. I needed my wedding ring repaired (new prongs) before I lost my stone! The repairs were done early, and my ring looks amazing! They have a beautiful selection of jewelry in store - hopefully I can get a suprise from there one day!
