I had a a wonderful experience with Caroline creating my charm bracelet! I had a 14k gold link bracelet with several charms I wanted to have soldered on. There was some initial hesitancy due to the links being hallow. However, after inquiring with their in-house jeweler, he gave the go ahead and felt confident he could do it. Nico is amazing. I had a miscommunication issue but he helped me through and was very supportive through my whole situation. I could not more highly recommend the jewelry store. Most large jewelry stores are scammers that do not care about their customers as individuals. But the people at Geoffrey’s are very personal, knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful. I brought my wife’s great grandmothers ring in to have them put diamonds in it 4 years ago when we got engaged and it is stunning. I have been a customer of Geoffrey's Diamonds for over 10 years. Customer service, attention to detail and selection of jewelry sets them aside from anyone else. I use to live in the Bay Area and would have Sonny as my personal jeweler. I have recently moved out of state and even from afar she takes such good care of my shopping needs and is prompt to answer all my questions, send me a pictures of the items I'm interested in and will ship my purchase right away.
