Genuine Care

Thank you to Edward and Darius today for taking excellent care of my Mother today. You both were kind and professional throughout the whole process! I only schedule her appointments with GenCare because of the compassion the driver’s show my Mom. Also thank you to Marlo and Terrence who also assisted with her past rides. You guys are the best!

This company was very helpful for us today as we had our transportation scheduled wrong and they accommodate us on short notice. Tyler, Leon and Mr Thomas did a great job with transportation and stayed with us during our appointment. Which helped for a faster transition home.

Tyler, Jarvis, and Leon were professional, kind and courteous. Honestly, I would love to have them each time. They treated me like I was their only patient. Thanks again Genuine Care LLC.

We had Tyler and Jarvis and they were phenomenal. They waited for us in the office with us and they were very patient. They took care of my dad very well and constantly checked up on him to make sure that he was doing okay and handled him with care! I highly recommend!

Tyler and Stephan were great. The company has been wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a transport. My sister has used them several times when she wasn’t able to walk and today, she was transported in her wheelchair. They have all been very careful and wonderful and they feel like family!

Regarding Genuine Care LLC I met two guys today on 10/8/25, Tyler and Stephon. They are both caring and friendly gentlemen. They take pride in their work and the company. I highly recommend “Genuine Care” (especially the two gentlemen) for transportation. Thank you guys for making my day.

Very careful and making sure that the patient is safe. Very professional and it’s a pleasure seeing him perform is duties. Terrance and Stephon were amazing and patient. They really take care of my mom.

Tyler Smith was absolutely amazing & worked with a huge delay at our facility. He was outstanding with communication & was initially right on time! Thanks for working with me & our great nurses for an experience that could have been significantly worse. Y’all have been the best!!
