I wish I could rate Tom and Gentle Sticks with 1,000 stars! From start to finish, Tom demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and an incredible level of patience that made all the difference for our family. My son is autistic, and blood draws are always stressful and terrifying for him. Tom arrived right on time, came prepared, and—most importantly—took the time to understand my son's needs before beginning. Tom spoke to him calmly and never rushed him. His gentle approach helped him feel safe, which is something we don’t often experience in traditional clinical settings.

Tom was wonderful to work with. He was professional, patient, nice, and highly skilled. He gave me an incredibly gentle blood draw. I wish all blood draws were like his. He also drew my husband’s blood and my husband was equally pleased. He’s exactly what you would hope for and I highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future needs.

Tom was responsive, extremely professional and very reasonably priced for the service he provides. He processed three separate kits for me at a fraction of the price of other phlebotomists I’ve used. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing mobile phlebotomy services.

The best experience I’ve ever had! I was skeptical because Phlebotomists have always struggled with my veins, but Tom was quick and successful with no pain whatsoever. I’m so appreciative that I no longer have to worry about annual lab work. If you’re on the fence, go for it. Tom is THE BEST.

I had the most incredible experience with Tom. My daughter is special needs. He was kind. He introduced himself to my daughter. He was an absolute rockstar. I was anxious prior to the appointment. He came right on time. It was over before I knew it. I highly recommend him.I will be using him in the future and referring other special needs families his way. Absolutely incredible !

Great service , very professional and punctual. Extremely reasonable prices and I didn’t feel a thing . I chose the service for the convenience and pice of mind . I was done in ten minutes didn’t have to find a baby sitter and go to the lab . Thomas was exceptional with his demeanor and professionalism and he truly lived up to the name of the company!

I do not think I can say much more than what others have already have said, but I'll say few words because I think it's warranted. Tom is very good at his business, on the phone or in person he's a professional. He is gentle and he is kind, thank the universe there's good people like Tom out there.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! I have always fainted when having blood drawn so I have avoided labs for almost a decade. Finding Tom was truly a blessing! Super fairly priced , on time, friendly and zero pain. First time I can remember getting through a draw without passing out. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If you’re skipping appointments because you’re nervous or pass out I absolutely suggest making an appointment with him!!!

We had the absolute best experience with Tom at Gentle Sticks. He was so kind with my son. His prices are very reasonable and he is very responsive. My only regret is I wish I found him sooner. For what it’s worth, I never write reviews - good or bad- but felt compelled after our experience with Tom today.

So thankful for Tom & the service he provides with Gentle Sticks. Vasovagal syncope can hinder getting necessary blood work & having it done in your own home makes a HUGE difference. Unfortunately both our children inherited vasovagal syncope from me (son is also autistic with ADHD) & Tom was absolutely wonderful with them both. Highly recommend!
