Gentle Paws Pet Cremation

Our beautiful pug Luna unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday, and saying goodbye to our precious girl was the hardest thing we’ve ever had to do. In the middle of our heartbreak, Claire and Stu at Gentle Paws were an absolute blessing. From the very first phone call, Claire was so kind, gentle, and compassionate. She spoke to us with such warmth and understanding, truly acknowledging our pain and treating Luna with the dignity and love she deserved. We never once felt rushed — only supported and cared for. When she brought our baby home, the attention to detail completely overwhelmed us in the most beautiful way. The fur clippings, and the perfectly presented nose and paw prints in a frame, are treasures we will hold onto forever. Every little touch showed how much care and respect went into what she does. We cannot thank Claire and Stu enough for their compassion, empathy, and the comfort they brought us during the most painful goodbye. they made an unbearable moment just a little softer, and for that we are forever grateful.❤️🐾🐶

Unfortunately, on 4 January we had to say goodnight and goodbye to THE BEST DOG EVER!! Ted, our gorgeous 12 yr old labradoodle was in too much pain and we had to make the hardest decision ever to let him go 💔 Our whole family are devastated. He was central to everything we did. We have the most wonderful memories and will never forget the absolute unconditional love and affection he gave. The girls at Autumn Tails who came to our home to gently put Ted to sleep were lovely. We chose Gentle Paws to provide the individual cremation of Ted and we are so glad we did. A huge thank you! They were so compassionate and patiently waited til we were ready to let him go. They treated Ted with the love and gentle handling he deserved, that was so important to us. Claire brought his ashes back the next day along with all the lovely paw and nose prints, personal little keyring urns so we all have a little bit of Ted with us always and paw keyrings filled with Teds gorgeous black curls. Genuinely couldn't have wanted a better goodbye journey for our best boy 💙 we will love him always ❤️

We were absolutely beside ourselves when our beloved Labrador died. We spoke to Gentle Paws and they were so compassionate from the beginning that we knew we could trust them with our dogs cremation. They came out on New Year's Eve and managed to get his ashes returned within 48 hours. They even managed to take a nose and paw print which we will cherish forever. They had an option of enlarging the print and framing it which we now have in our kitchen. The urn was of really good quality and they even gave us some keyrings with his ashes in them which was very thoughtful. I can't thank Gentle Paws enough for helping us through one of our families hardest moments. I can highly recommend them as they made a very difficult experience more manageable.

Our beautiful boy Milo crossed the rainbow bridge on 10th January aged 13 after a short illness. It is safe to say he was the most gentle little soul with the biggest heart. We love and miss him so very much. It was the most heartbreaking time for us, and the most difficult decision we had to make, however it was made a little easier with the care and compassion shown by Claire. We had found Gentle Paws online and loved the idea of being able to say goodbye to our boy at home, rather than to feel rushed and impersonal at the vets. Lizzie & Amy came from Autumn Tails and helped our boy over the rainbow bridge. We were able to spend time with Milo before he passed away. Lizzie & Amy were so kind and gentle with him, and we couldn’t have asked for better. Claire then talked us through our options and choices of urns and keepsakes. Again, there was no rush and we were able to sit with Milo right up until she took him. She explained the process and when we would get him back home. Claire brought Milo home that night, and for this I will be forever grateful. The kindness, care and compassion will live with us as a family. The hardest time was made that little more bearable to deal with. Thank you so much for everything. So glad we found you!

We used gentle paws cremation when our rabbit coco passed suddenly. My girls wanted there friends ashes back so we wanted a private cremation. I cannot thank them enough! There calming and sincere nature made a difficult situation more bearable. We also received a print and fur cuttings with coco's ashes. I highly recommend this family company to take care of your family, even the little ones ❤️

The time came for our most loved jack Russell called Toby to go over the rainbow bridge. We chose gentle paws pet cremation. Claire and family are so kind, caring and show such true compassion. I knew the right choices had been made. Claire made sure everything went smoothly during this sad time and kept in contact with us throughout. Claire worked around us to meet our needs. Claire returned Toby two days later she did his paw print and we also had the foil paw print which is beautiful. I couldn't of asked for a better person to look after our Toby she is dedicated to her profession and truly a lovely person. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts

When we lost our baby Amber unexpectedly, it was heartbreaking. Im extremely grateful for Gentle Paws for taking our baby into their care, they treated her as if she was their own. Having them arrive so quickly, especially when it was not long till Christmas made a huge difference. Our baby Amber was back with us within days, accompanied with the sweetest memorial items. Thank you very much for helping to arrange Cha Cha’s final journey and allowing us to say our last goodbye to her. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and brought Cha Cha home within two days. I couldn’t thank them enough for making this difficult time a little bit easier, and I am forever grateful for all of their help.

After losing our precious 17 year old girl, we contacted Gentle Paws to help with her final journey. They were absolutely amazing and arrived in the middle of the night to help us. They have shown such compassion and care and made the process as peaceful as possible. Our pup was brought home to us to finally rest and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team. Im extremely grateful for Gentle Paws for taking our baby kashipan into there care. The empathy shown during the unexpected passing of kashi really made the difference to a awful time.
