I had a garage door and opener installed. The installer’s name was Ruffy, he was professional and very polite. He took the time to explain how to operate, program, and maintain the system. He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and took pride in his work paying attention to detail. The door and opener look beautiful and are definitely superior products. Nolan, from Genie of Fairview, came out and was thorough with measurements and even consulted a colleague to ensure the door and opener would be a precise fit. He was very detail oriented when describing the products. I was impressed with the quality of the door, parts, and the warranty included. I look forward to seeing the door installed and being able to use it.

Excellent service! Came same day and diagnosed the problem (broken spring), then ordered the correct part and returned later in the week to install it. All very professional and reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier with my completely fixed garage door.

When my Genie garage door opener started to fail after 25 years and never had any issues with it I decided to call Genie of Fairview. I set up an appointment with Nolan the salesman. He gave me several options for a new door opener. I didn't need a lot of options so I selected one that would best fit my needs. He explained everything I needed to know when programming all of the door openers including in my vehicle in a matter of seconds!
