(Translated by Google) The experience of dining at Ginger was extraordinary. Surprising cuisine with high quality products. The best ceviche I have ever tried and if it were served in Madrid it would surely be the trendy dish. The sea croquettes were a discovery and each one served offered us without a doubt each and every one of the promised flavors. The Ginger-style clams are eaten in two courses, accompanied by a good local rye bread that allowed us to delight in the bottom left by the bivalves once they represented their last function...exquisite!
The desserts were no less. Tasting a magnificent mandarin Pavlova and a chocolate sponge cake with a deep pistachio flavor like nowhere else I have tried (all of them, essences, aromas, pistachio concentrates... Until I tried Bruna's! -the director of Ginger-...) This restaurant is in another league..
They say that "it is rare to find angels in hell", well, Ginger is a note of color among the wonderful Alentejo restoration of Alcácer do Sal and Grandola.
We will return... Because we left a few dishes on the menu without trying.
Highly recommended. Take advantage of the fact that there are no appointments or waiting list yet....
