So this was a unique job where the customer wanted recessed lights in their living room BUT didn't have access from above (i.e. the attic). They had been told by others that the ceiling would have to be cut open to fish wires through the ceiling. The customer came to us hoping we could solve their problem without creating new problems. Well, long story short we have a happy customer who has a ton of light in their living room with no added cuts or holes anywhere.
