Genesis Home Services has been exceptional from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the price was reasonable, and the appointment window was convenient.
David, my technician, was fantastic—prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and offered helpful guidance for future use.
I appreciated that he never tried to upsell, provided clear quotes, and followed up immediately when a small issue came up, complete with a video explanation and an offer to return at no charge.
This level of customer service is rare. I’ll absolutely use Genesis again for future needs and recommend them to anyone needing fireplace or home services.
