General Quality RV Repair

Very fast response and took care of my broken slide outs in time to make our trip. We had to pay a bit more than expected due to cost of parts (dealer cost) but it was fixed quickly with no vacation time lost.

Passing a semi on I-15 outside of Vegas, my Roadtrek lost power. After pulling over safely and 7 hours waiting for a tow truck, I took my vehicle to a residential area so that Keith could come first thing Monday morning and check it out. He was there when he said he was going to be there, he tested everything, he even checked fuses et cetera in case it was something simple. He found that my fuel pump was bad, it was 13 years old. He left to get the fuel pump and came back to replace it. It was a filthy job because I have undercoating on my vehicle. I left that day and realized that the needle on the gas gauge was not working correctly so I contacted him. He was adamant that I return to the Vegas area so he could replace the fuel pump because it was under warranty and there was something wrong with the sensor. I did go back after several days and he replaced the pump with no extra charges to me because he wanted to make sure the part was going to work for properly. I was very happy with his follow-ups to me, his informing me of what was going on and why. I did not think the cost was any more that I anticipated. So overall I was very pleased. This would have 5 stars if when I left Vegas the second time to head back to Flagstaff to continue my vacation, a bracket holding the fuel tank had not come loose from underneath after hitting multiple rough spots and waves on I-40. I did find someone in Flagstaff that repaired it for me after a few days of referrals that did not pan out. I am not sure if the bolt just got stripped and fell out or if it just wasn't tightened enough. But I am not unhappy with Keith and the help he provided me. I would recommend him.

Keith really helped us out tremendously!!! We were traveling through LV when our RV lost power. We called him and he got to us within the hour. He didn’t give up until he found the problem. He fixed it and now we’re back on the road to Ohio. Thanks again Keith you’re a life saver!!!

Called and spoke with Keith. He was on site at Lake Mead Recreation Area in just over 1 hour and made several necessary repairs. Thanks for the speedy response.

Warning! Steer clear of these guys! For the past 2 years I've had them do a simple basic oil change and lubrication on my motorhome, and trust me it's simple and by the way I provide the oil and filter. Last year the charge was $150 which was a little higher than the previous year which was $125, but still reasonable in my eyes. When when I checked with him today and by the way, it took two days to get a reply, I received a quote of $400 + $200.00 an hour for any extra work. Another added note is anything they have to purchase for your repair they will mark up 30 to 40%. No one in this town charges these kind of prices and I challenged them to show me any type of worthwhile RV certifications that they have, they don't. Their reasoning for the price increase was that the technician was pricing it wrong, are you serious, he's been with you years.

Excellent service! Keith is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations. We were in 110 degree heat when our AC went out on a Sunday. Needless to say, we were in a tough spot considering we had 2 dogs and nobody was available to provide service on a Sunday. However, we were informed by several individuals around the area that General Quality RV Repair was the best in town. So, we contacted Keith and he was at our place within the hour to handle the situation! Great service with fair pricing. If you are looking for someone you can trust with the experience to handle any RV issues, look no further.

Keith was so helpful. He chased down our electrical problem while taking the time to explain what was going on. The price was fair. We will definitely call him again next time!

EXTREMELY helpful! Our generator died out on us, resulting in the A/C in our motorhome not working right as we hit Vegas in the summer. Although he was booked out for appointments for a few days, he didn't hesitate at all to help us over the phone. He could have just said he was booked out and sorry, but he chose to help us troubleshoot over the phone instead. HUGELY appreciated and would definitely recommend for that alone!

Harry was very punctual. The service was great and fees for the services were very reasonable. Harry brought to my attention other issues that I might want to address in near future, regarding our trailer. I felt as though I were treated more like family, than just another customer. I have been staying with our son, so that I could help him heal from two major surgeries and when these trailer issues started I was terrified that I was going to be taken advantage of (monetarily). I very greatful for the total honesty and kindness provided to me during this very difficult situation. Thank you guys, so much🙂
