Gellco Clothing and Shoes

Tommy, Jessica, and Manny were all fantastic the morning of 2/4. They let me try on a brand of boots to confirm size even though they didn't offer that exact shoe. While in store, I happened upon a closeout pile and got a pair of boots that will meet my need. I appreciate their help and friendly customer service.

I never had went boot shopping and had the pleasure of working alongside Emmanuel, kept things hastlle-free by helping me find boots within my price range and style/needs/wants, was very knowledgeable of how each brand differs from the other and even helped me save some money! Super great team y'all got working there, I felt like they were actually trying to help me find what i need and not just trying to upsell to get a bigger bonus or something. Will be visiting this place for new boots whenever i need! Also provided options for my business to work with them and possibly save some money and keep our team working their best!!

It's only been 2 weeks since I bought my work shoes but I am loving them. The gentleman whom helped me out in the store was very pleasant and knowledgeable on their many selections. I will definitely be returning for more work wear soon.

Wonderful experience! Super helpful staff, spacious and clean show room and LOTS of options for steel/alloy/composite/soft toe shoes for women. I work in a warehouse and protecting my feet is a MUST! Loved being able to try on multiple brands all in one place and be able to pick out which works best instead of relying on online shopping. Will definitely be back!

I purchased $4800 worth of boots for my labor staff in 10/11/24. Within a week, several of the boots started coming apart. During the 2-3 weeks it took to get them back out here, a total of 18 pairs had significant defects to the point we made our guys quit wearing them all together. We ended up on the phone with Ryan who apparently is the “operations manager” and he let us know that we basically picked out the wrong boots. For 3 years in a row I have supplied my entire team with Redwing boots and never have I been told to avoid certain boots and have never had a problem with the boots. Ryan has a condescending communication style and fancies himself the smartest person in the room. It’s not the $5k that was spent at this point, it’s the fact that so much effort has had to be put in to try to get them to do the right thing. Hopefully a review on their google page will warrant some communication with someone higher up the food chain then ole Ryan and maybe the adults can get business handled. Either way, if you are considering purchasing work boots, make sure you explicitly discuss whether they are for office work or actual work…..

This store is amazing!! They carry brunt and wolverine on their shelves. Such a friendly welcome and everyone was SO helpful. Will always give our business to them.

Let me tell you gellco don't just sell you boots they sell you comfort they will take the time and try on as many pairs of boots as you need until you find the right ones ask for Emmanuel he sat there with me for almost 2 hours helping me find the right pair of boots excellent customer service excellent products and reasonable prices
