I recently had the pleasure in dealing with Matt, after my older parents called me to tell me that the oven at home was no longer heating up. So I started on my hunt to find an electrician to help them out. I made a few calls, and much to my shock some of the call out fees and hourly rates were outrageous. Not only that, I told them that the oven was no longer heated up and they just assumed it was the thermostat or heating element without even looking at it. And wanted to replace them. Then thankfully I made the call to Matt at Geelong Electrical. Right from the get go I could tell he wasn't just after another dollar, he was caring genuine and most importantly honest! And reasonably priced, Very rare these days in a tradesman. The turn around was super quick! He went out to see my parents within a couple days, He looked at the oven and found the problem to be a burnt wire behind the oven and fixed it. He diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot, no mucking about. Both my parents and i were very pleased with his service Matt is very professional and knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend Matt for all your electrical needs, or any questions you may have.
