I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your shop. I recently entrusted my PC to your team for both a repair and a cleaning service. However, upon receiving it back, I was extremely disappointed to find that the issues were not resolved and the cleaning was not done properly.
As per my request, I expected a thorough cleaning of all components, with a special focus on my GPU. However, my PC remains in the same dusty condition as when it was picked up, particularly inside the GPU, which still has visible dust accumulation. Additionally, the issue for which I originally brought in the PC has not been resolved. I have attached images to clearly show the condition of my system upon its return.
Given the nature of the service, I expected a professional and thorough cleaning, including disassembly where necessary, to ensure all components were properly maintained. Unfortunately, this was not done, and I feel that the service provided did not meet the standard expected from a professional repair shop.
I request an immediate resolution to this matter. Specifically, I would like a proper cleaning of my PC, ensuring that all components, including the GPU, are fully cleaned, as initially agreed. It seems that the shop is unable to deliver the service as promised.
I have not asked them for refund which is $300 because I am disgusted with what they have done.
