Dr Bran and GB team is the provider you can trust to see you through from the beginning of your journey and then during healing stages. Skills and knowledge are important, but when you really get to know the surgeon is when things do not go exactly as planned, even with the best intentions. There are plenty of surgeons around that turn the other way when complications arise. I have received understanding and support from the whole team and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

My experience with Dr Bran The way my surgery anappitment and 3 months of cominication was handled was completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. My procedure was cancelled less than 24 hours before it was due to take place, after months of disorganisation, delays, and misleading communication. For weeks, I had been trying to get clear answers from the clinic. Communication was inconsistent they often said they would do something and then didn’t follow through. Only one day before the surgery, after I’d repeatedly chased them, Jacqueline finally called me. She only did so after taking three days to respond to some questions I had raised. During that call, I was calm and polite but firm, saying that after surgery I needed reassurance that communication would improve and that I would have direct contact with Dr Bran in case of any complication. Not even two hours after that call, they decided to cancel my surgery. They claimed they had sent an email that evening, but I never received it. The next morning, while I was already on the train to London after waking up very early and travelling four hours from Liverpool Jacqueline sent me a WhatsApp message telling me to “check the email before coming.” She had my WhatsApp for weeks and could easily have messaged earlier, yet chose to email late at night, knowing my surgery was the next morning. When I arrived at the clinic, Dr Bran refused to meet me for even three minutes. His secretary said he was “busy the whole day” and couldn’t see me, not even at the end of the day. I explained that I wasn’t asking for a consultation just a few minutes to speak face-to-face after such an upsetting cancellation but was still told “no.” To me, this isn’t about time; it’s about basic respect and professionalism. When a doctor cancels surgery at the last minute, the least he can do is come out, look the patient in the eye, and apologise personally. Instead, I was completely dismissed. It seemed to me that Dr Bran cancelled after I asked legitimate questions and sought reassurance. A responsible and caring surgeon welcomes honest communication, especially when a patient is anxious about safety and post-operative care. Afterward, I search and I found negatives reviews ,I was not the only one ,other people had gone through the same thing.problems: poor communication, defensive behaviour, and no accountability. I also came across some disturbing patient experiences. One woman said ( this was not me who had the ruptured I did not had surgery with dr Bran ) it was a review I found . she ended up in hospital after her lip-lift surgery, bleeding heavily, and that Dr Bran. She claimed in her review that his response was unhelpful when asked to cover costs. Another woman posted a YouTube video nine weeks after her own surgery her scar looked nothing like the flawless results shown on his Instagram. She said she was happy with it, but having seen high-quality surgical work before, I could tell that scar wasn’t right. Under her public YouTube video, another woman commented that if she had seen it before her own surgery with him, she would never have gone through with it. She wrote in her public comment that her nose was ‘ruined,’ her scar was very bad, and that she deeply regretted it.That kind woman even replied to me, offering to show me more details through Instagram. What I experienced was defensive responses and lack of accountability. looking back, I’m relieved the surgery didn’t happened I found it about him, after getting so frustrated,I start to search cause I couldn’t believe this had happened only to me, but unfortunately has happened far worse with others

Saw Dr Bran for procedure . (Mrs Emerson) last year for a cyst removal . The whole process was extreme professional and can’t recommend him enough to people as he was extremely Honest and fabulous surgeon. His patient care is impeccable. Went to see doctor Bran for a check-up after plastic surgery done in another country. It was difficult for me to fly back for a check-up so reached out to doctor Bran. I had such a lovely experience meeting him. He managed to reassure me and helped me with some concerns. Would definitely consider him next time I'd like to have plastic surgery.

After researching into a specific surgery and knowing Dr Bran was the best of the best, I then went for a consultation. I knew Greg was a master at what he did, but you also have to trust someone on a human level - as they are taking a knife to you! I was made to feel at ease and listened to, with a great mix of humour too :) The backing of a good team no doubt aids the whole experience - so a big shout out to Talia and Jacqueline too. In April 2021, Dr Bran completely changed my life. After 30 years of hiding under a fringe, I finally made the decision to have hairline lowering surgery. Dr Bran was friendly, honest & transparent throughout my journey from start to finish. All communication was informative and responsive and I always felt comfortable with Dr Bran and his team. I was given lots of information and advice on how to look after my hairline before and after the procedure. Following the advise with aftercare, my hairline healed promptly and without any issues. Within 6 months, I had all sensation back across the top of my head and forehead. Since the procedure, my life has changed. My confidence has grown from strength to strength, my mental health is in a much better place and I am now happy when I look in a mirror. Highly recommend Dr Bran and his awesome team.

My experience was wonderful.. I was offered a quick appointment and Mr Bran created a treatment plan that was perfect for me. It was really easy to liaise with his secretary Talia and organise appointments and payment.. they always got back to me quickly and were accommodating. Before surgery Dr Bran was caring and professional, making me feel very much at ease. The same could be said when it was time for my suture removal and follow-up. The anaesthetist was friendly and professional and took time to listen to any of my concerns. The hospital was professional, clean and overall the experience was very positive :) Most importantly, Dr Bran is an excellent surgeon with very good attention to detail, producing ‘natural’ and safe results .. as a Dr myself, I would only allow a surgeon I trusted to touch my face, and from my initial consultation I knew I was in good hands :)

I rarely write reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I really felt obliged to. Dr. Bran came highly recommended and once you see him you can understand why he has such an excellent reputation. Personable, warm and extremely knowledgeable, he is everything you want from an aesthetic surgeon to whom you are entrusting your procedure to. The facility is lovely and his supporting team are also very friendly and welcoming. If you are considering surgery, I couldn't recommend Dr. Bran and his team enough.
