1 Minute After... the nose was significantly over projected with a dorsal bump and an over-projected, bulbous and droopy tip. The tip was pulled towards the top lip whenever the patient smiled.

I reduced the bump and repositioned the nasal bones using #piezo - avoiding any breaking of the bones and gently cutting through them instead. This leads to less swelling, pain and bruising after surgery, and gives me a greater degree of precision in surgery. The tip has been refined and rotated into a more favourable position.
