We combined a hairline lowering surgery with a lateral brow lift (to raise the tails and reduce the heaviness of her lateral eyebrows) - description of the eyebrows anatomy in the second pic - and we also elevated the head of the left eyebrow. 🤫Ideally the heads should be positioned in the same horizontal height…👉🏻😑👈🏻
