This to me is a prerequisite for any facial plastic surgery 🧐. In particular when operating on noses! You must be able to see the nose with the patients eyes, as it enables me to understand what they don’t like... and then we tailor a plan to address every detail🤩.

This young gentleman wanted a masculine yet harmonious shape...he has strong facial features so keeping some size was key. Looking at the after pic, I can definitely see a soft side to him too 🥰.
