We performed the following:

Let me explain this comprehensive approach: the lip lift was to shorten her upper lip which she was self-conscious aboutā¦ because of her thin lips and great tooth show before surgery we decided to combine this with a VY-Plasty in the top lipā¦ the latter enhances the volume of the red lipš but it also reduces tooth show !š„ø a detail that always needs to be considered going for a VYP. We also did a VYP on the bottom to keep the balanceā¦The wings were lifted to secure lateral fullness and the muscle pulling the corners down was weakened.š„°š¤©
