Revision Rhinoplasty is always a bit of opening Pandora Box, as we never know all the details of previous surgeries until we have opened up the nose, and thinking outside the box. Many times we need to combine experience and creativity in order to establish tailored solutions for each nose.

This patient presented with a bump and a flattened tip. Her alarms are retracted, which enables us to estimate the degree of scarring after rhinoplasty, that pulled her nostrils up, and equally allowing us to anticipate weak cartilaginous support of her nostril cartilages.
•
Surgery required a reduction of her dorsal projection, and increase of her tip support and structural enhancement of her nostrils.

Let’s hope her healing will go as well as her surgery did! We will monitor the healing process in a multitude of follow-up consultations. I never charge for these, as I believe it is our responsibility to monitor every patients healing process and help whenever we can to achieve an optimal outcome.👍🏻😘🤩
