What is the difference between a natural and an unnatural result? The first puts emphasis on your anatomy whilst the latter forces a shape that does not respect your given anatomy.

Because we age and whatever may look great now, will probably cause problems in a few years, serious problems.😱

Patient education is key, and this means we have to understand what we see as surgeons and injectors, and educate patients.

Once the anatomy is respectfully enhanced by means of surgery, dermal fillers can still be used to create more… but again… all in the margins of what makes sense.
