Jeremy H. [of Gatorback Towing] reached us in record time [he arrived more than 20 minutes before the shortest time I was given for his arrival] and he still apologized for taking too long! What a nice, amazing, friendly, courteous, considerate, gentlemanly, efficient, confident, knowledgeable, kind, careful man!!! I cannot say enough nice things about Jeremy and the fast, professional service he provided when we had a flat and were stuck in the middle of nowhere without a spare! He took every precaution to protect our Lincoln sedan's low ground effects from being damaged while he prepped it to tow to a garage. He took our concerns seriously and to heart. I am so thankful for Jeremy being there! He saved the day! If I'm in peril on the road, I will not hesitate to call Gatorback Towing if I am anywhere in Florida and ask for Jeremy by name! We’d give Joe and his team 6 stars if we could. We are fortunate that when we had a breakdown - first time ever - Joe responded to our roadside assistance need. Friendly, fair, and went above and beyond in service. Not only did they tow our car they also towed our trailer. In a situation where we felt lost he made us feel safe and secure. Simply amazing!

My car broke down in a very bad spot, I called four other services before contacting them. When I got a lot of them they gave me a fair price and had my car picked up in moved quickly and efficiently. I’ve never seen a towing service with 5 stars before but they definitely deserve it

Joe rescued us from I75 when the transmission in our Chevy 1500 failed. We were towing a small sailboat and he had a truck that got us to the repair shop late on Friday night, and got us and our boat to a safe place. Super nice guy, professional and knew his business. I highly recommend breaking down near Gainesville so he can help you too!

I forgot the gentlemen’s name who helped me today when I got a flat tire on my trailer on highway 75. I pulled over when I noticed the flat, and to my surprise this gentlemen pulled over within a couple of minutes of me stopping and gave me a hand. I was up and running in 5 mins. Thank you sir, you were GOD sent 🙏🏼

The best of the best! They were called to tow my truck due to me not being able to retrieve the spare tie from under the truck. When he arrived he figured out how to lower the tire and he also changed the tire for me. Outstanding company.

As soon as our insurance contacted this company, their communication with us was great. Realistic time frame and additional communication when they were in their way. Quick tire change once they arrived.

Joe was incredible…no other words for it. We broke down in heavy traffic and he was at most twenty minutes to our location. Rush hour in Gainesville no less. Within 10 minutes he had us hooked up and en route to the dealership for service. He knew the system, the players, and he was clean, neat, polite and friendly.

The driver that helped us was super friendly. Took care of the car and got us off the road in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
