Adnan and Hobben are superstars! Within a day of asking for a boiler installation, they’d found the right boiler and all the accoutrements, arrived on Sunday afternoon and worked tirelessly till the whole job was done to perfection. Not only that, they also came round a day earlier to gauge the work required, made suggestions for improvements and carried them out with fine attention to detail. They are my forever go-to’s for all plumbing, gas, heating needs from now on. 5 stars well earned ❤️

I had my boiler serviced earlier today. I received excellent service from Adnan, much appreciated. He's completely professional yet friendly. He elaborated and clarified anything I was unsure of and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and trusted his expertise. He's very experienced, knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. We called out Gas Wave due to having no hot water or heating, and they arrived within an hour. The engineer was very informative, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly. Excellent, reliable service — highly recommended.

Very pleased with the prompt and effective service from Adnan and his colleague. Clear explanations, quickly got needed parts even though it was after 6pm, thorough service and the price was reasonable for a same day callout.

We had problems with the boiler. I did contacted Adnan and even thought it was quite late in the evening, he came over to have a look at it. Unfortunately our boiler was beyond repairs and we decided to have new one installed by his company. He gave us the best price and we had new boiler installed within 3 days. We're extremely happy with the service, feedback, communication and will definitely use this services for our yearly gas boiler check up. I hope that we can work on a future projects together.
