Gas Masters

Contacted Gas Masters for converting my house to natural gas for fireplace, range, etc. They were wonderful! Their techs and coordinator were knowledgeable and super helpful addressing my questions, flexible when I ran into some scheduling issues and easy to work with. Highly recommend using them.

We used Gas Masters on our new pool project. In addition to being professional and highly competent, they are extremely polite and focused on customer service. Communication was always excellent with prompt responses to calls and questions. I highly recommend them! So impressed with Gas Masters from my first contact in scheduling an appointment to the service and follow up. My first appointment was for troubleshooting and maintenance and Henry was friendly, professional and diligent in analyzing, explaining and completing the service efficiently but not rushed./ he worked on our fireplace for 4 hours! Henry completed the service and had our fireplace working without having to replace any parts or charging extra fees! He made recommendations for service to maintain our fireplace along with yearly checks which were reasonable. I highly recommend Gas Masters for their professionalism, knowledge, diligence, and great customer service!

I wanted remote control logs to replace my very old ones. Gas Masters made it very easy and they did a great job. Nice warm logs and look nice too. Left my place looking good. Only down side was it was a little more expensive than I anticipated.

Technician was thorough and courteous (5 star to him), he knew what he was doing, Perfect job and they came two times to verify the installation for any leaks. Totally satisfied.
