Great experience with Gas Masters. Excellent communication and service. Much more affordable than using the gas company. When we had one concern, the owner called and spoke with me length and offered solutions that we were happy with.

we used Gas Masters for a whole house gas repiping, including 3 HVAC systems, water heater and 3 gas fireplaces. We had a very good experience with them. they are licensed and I did verify their license in the state licensing board database. most HVAC contractors do gas piping, but it's an afterthought for them, whereas Gas Masters just focuses on gas piping. they recommended a manifold system design, which I had read was superior because it minimizes joints/connections, but other contractors had tried to steer me away from because it uses more materials. They use high quality materials, including the best brand of arc/lightning-resistant flex pipe and black pipe where appropriate. the same person, Zach, does the initial estimate/sales and also supervises the crew, this is rare as many other contractors send an impressive sales person but then nothing of what you discuss is incorporated into the quote or communicated to the crew. they were also able to squeeze us in quickly given our emergency situation with no gas no heat in the middle of winter, and also willing to quickly go back and forth with us on specs and incorporate all requested specs in writing into the contract. They coordinated the permitting and inspection and kept things moving until the gas was back on. Zach communicated with us frequently throughout the job on progress and answered all questions along the way. the technicians in our crew, Sergio and Justin, were competent, nice and respectful. They did not make a mess in our crawlspace or leave any kind of mess or debris behind. All of our gas lines are clearly labeled for easy identification going forward, and each line has dedicated cutoff valves and regulators. I would recommend Gas Masters for any gas work - whole house repiping, leak repair, gas fireplaces, pools, outdoor decor, etc.

Henry, (service tech) was very knowledgeable and professionalism was great. Took great care to make sure his work area was protected with drop covers and cleaned up upon completion. Had the parts needed on his truck so that repairs could be completed without another trip. Performed a thorough cleaning. Overall very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them for your gas logs needs.

Gas Masters is an extremely professional company that effectively communicates and is dependable. My pool builder started my pool project with another gas company and then had to call Gas Masters to the rescue. They helped run gas and connect for my outdoor kitchen, fire pit area, pool and spa! They completed the job and have communicated with county inspectors to ensure final inspection will go smoothly. I highly recommend this company!

Sergio was my technician and he was great. He’s professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling the service was easy, pricing was upfront and communication from the company was awesome. Would definitely have them back if we needed to. Thank you!!!

John Ray presented what we required for our gas line and log installation very honestly and caring for our needs. The installation technician was prompt, professional, and really cared about his work and us as customers. The pricing was very fair as compared to other quotations, but the reason we wnet with Gasmasters was a feeling of trust, honesty, and really caring for us, the customer. This was proven to be true! Great experience. Zach and Bobby were very friendly, but also didn’t waste any time finding the problem. They were able to make the repair while on the call and now my fire table works again, just in time for cool weather! Would definitely recommend this company!
