100% satisfied and found who I will call everytime - highly recommend. Corey was one of the nicest, diligent and most thorough service tech’s I’ve ever witnessed. Was kind to my entire family and we felt cared for from start to finish. And most importantly, they got our logs fixed. After going several winters without them working property and multiple companies out to try and resolve, they were the solution. Not only did they fix them, they went above and beyond to reorganize and clean things he didn’t have to. Corey made it look better than it was before and better than I expected to look. So impressed with Gas Masters from my first contact in scheduling an appointment to the service and follow up. My first appointment was for troubleshooting and maintenance and Henry was friendly, professional and diligent in analyzing, explaining and completing the service efficiently but not rushed./ he worked on our fireplace for 4 hours! Henry completed the service and had our fireplace working without having to replace any parts or charging extra fees! He made recommendations for service to maintain our fireplace along with yearly checks which were reasonable. I highly recommend Gas Masters for their professionalism, knowledge, diligence, and great customer service!

Today I met the most professsional, helpful and engaged representative in Cory from Gas Masters in Raleigh NC! Cory far surpassed our expectations and was so very patient and knowledgeable in answering our multiple questions. He treated us like family. If Cory is any indication of the quality of the Gas Masters team of employees, they are in very good hands!!

Not trustworthy. Not to code, skirted required permit. I thought “Gas Masters” would give me experts in gas line repair when my line failed from corrosion by an AC drip line. I also asked for quotes from a licensed plumber and HVAC company with good reviews, and Gas Masters “estimate” was the highest. Of course when it’s something as important as gas line safety you want to consider paying more for the highest expertise. Sadly the repair suggested was not to code and not safe. The original gas line never met structural code of any time and that is what I want experts to tell me. Gas Masters told me no permits required to make a repair to an existing line. That was untrue, since due to corrosion pipe had to be replaced and a permit is always required for any new pipe. If they want customers to pay extra they should include the required permit at least! But the permit would not have allowed the repair as they suggested since the structure was not secure enough for a gas line from the beginning and never should have been built the way it was. The City of Raleigh informed me a permit is needed and answered my questions so I could better understand the code requirements for safety. I did ask Gas Masters why I was given an estate and not a quote, why costs could be potentially higher, and did not receive a straight answer. They don’t seem to want to tell me when they cut the old line they could cut the AC refrigerant line close against it and I could lose all the refrigerant. I am in awe of the brazenness of this company to name itself Gas Masters and produce high estimates for unpermitted repair against code with risks of high costs of errors and corrections to the customer.

Keeps appointments on time. Fair price, quality work. Great job by office, estimator and installer. Would highly recommend recommend!

John and Sergio were delightful to work with! I was converting my wood burning fireplace to gas and they came in and ran the line, carefully making sure everything looked great on the exterior of my house, with no issues. Even the city inspector was impressed! I’d highly recommend Gas Masters.
