Andy did a fantastic job renovating my bathrooms, one of which needed a new sub floor. He also did a brilliant job of tiling the walls and the ground floor, right from the back to the front door, which was really uneven but thanks to Andy's perseverance and expertise he met the challenge of my quirky victorian house which I can now happily refer to as 'home'. Andy and Dena were polite and professional throughout. There was excellent communication of costs, he was consistent and reliable and I would not hesitate in contacting him again should I need further work done in the future.

Andy carried out a repair to the ignition on my gas fire which now works perfectly. The cost was very reasonable and I am very pleased that it is sorted and ready for the winter. Andy also services the gas fire and boiler and I feel very confident with this. Unlike some Companies Andy does a thorough job and gives good value for money. Andy converted our electric showers to gas powered units, in the bathroom and shower room. he also fitted new bathroom panels. The job was first class. He explains the whole process to you while doing doing the job. He has a very friendly customer service. Once Andy does a job for you. You just get stuck with him for subsequent jobs. From first initial contact to the full completion of a new bathroom everything was first class. Andy came and actually listened to what WE wanted, not what other companies thought we liked. After accepting the quote we were given a start date which fitted in with us. If you have any questions about the fit Andy would answer them fully so you know what's going on. Andy never stops from turning up to going home, and he takes real pride in his work. Been going to leave this review for a few weeks now since Andy fitted our new Baxi boiler and, after puncturing a hidden heating pipe whilst putting up a shelf the other day and requiring his services once again I decided it was time to spread the word. Not surprisingly Andy is a busy man yet he still managed to get to me within the day and put right my wrong. Would recommend GasCare NorthEast to anyone and most definitely will use again. Great support also from Dena, always quick to respond, always friendly and professional, a great team!
