Gary and his family were professional, polite, and hard working. I called yesterday. And they came first thing this morning. Assessed the problems and did the repairs all within a few hours. Despite the frigid temps, they did the repairs. Making sure we wouldn't be breathing anymore carbon monoxide from the cracks that were in our chimney. Thank you!!

I called Gary to get an estimate on my “new” 1832 home that needs some major love (repair). Gary was professional, kind, informative, and very skilled. He showed up on time and completed the job in the time estimated. He cleaned two of my chimneys, gave great suggestions (wasn’t pushy very helpful). After reviewing our options we decided to fix one chimney and adding a new top and new liner. He did some repair to the outside brick to close up any opening or gap where that chimney meets the house. He cleaned up and I would have never even known he was at my house in chimney soot or working with all the materials he used to build a new top to my chimney and installing a new liner. Everything was left as it was or better when Gary was finished. We will be hiring Gary again in the future to get our wood burning fireplace repaired. We highly recommend Gary. Thank you Gary!

I called to set up a cleaning, inspection, and estimate. I got a call about an hour later stating they were in the area and asked if they could stop by after their current job. They came not even an hour later. Working night shift I expected to play phone tag and work out when to schedule things. Costumer service was exceptional. The big work still needs to be scheduled and completed, so my review will change once that's done but, I don't expect my rating to change.

We recently moved and needed to get our chimney cleaned. I emailed them and later that day I received a call back. We are so thankful and grateful they came by, as they were cleaning the chimney they discovered we needed a cap and crown repair. They were able to make the repairs the same day. They explained everything that needed to be done, along with pictures before and after. We are now on a yearly cleaning schedule with them. Outstanding service!!

Gary is always professional, prompt, and does a great job cleaning the entire fireplace area before finishing the job. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and explain options. Highly recommend!

We are so grateful to Gary and Andrew! They came on quick notice on one of the coldest Saturday's of the year. They cleaned and lined our chimney in the same day before the snow and extreme cold snap hit. We would recommend their service to anyone who wants an honest, hard-working team working on their home.

Father and son team that get the job done right the first time, I was sure that I had a problem with my chimney so I tryed cleaning it myself well needless to say when the chimney brush got stuck and I was at a loss these guys came same day and saved the day without costing me a fortune. The were clean and professional well mannered and a pleasure to have around my home. I will definitely be recommending them and calling them for any of my chimney needs from here on out. Called Gary on a referral from my HVAC company because they found my chimney for the oil burner was blocked. Called as soon as the tech left. To make a long story short, Gary and Andrew were able to come out in a couple of days because of rain and other scheduled work. They came and did a full inspection on all 3 of my flues. They took pictures of everything and showed my wife what they found which included needing a liner for the oil burner, a cap for our fireplace flue, repair of the crown. For our coal stove, the crown needed sealed. He found that the other flues had heavy downdrafts, so we capped the coal stove as well. They came back the next day to install the liner and cap on the fireplace flue. Will need to wait for warmer weather to repair the crown. Both Gary and Andrew are very courteous and take pride in their work. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again and on a regular basis.

Gary and Andrew came out to my home last year for what we had thought would be a routine cleaning. Turns out our chimney wasn’t looking too good. Gary had made some recommendations and we decided to rebuild the chimney. Gary had come out exactly when he told us he would be there and had the job done in a days time. He replaced the lining and cap as well. Called him again recently to have our yearly chimney cleaning, and he had called me back within 10 minutes stating he could be at my home in the next 15. Gary and Andrew came to my home as promised, cleaned the chimney, and was done in what felt like minutes. They are both friendly and trustworthy. Because of this, I could never go to someone else to handle the job. We will continue using Gary’s services.
