Everytime I come here I have a great experience. Dr. Laing is awesome, super sweet and caring and honest. Ahmed is the best dental hygienist I ever had. He's caring, gentle, sweet and very thorough. He loves his job and that really really is so important. He's awesome. I would give him a trillion stars. The front desk is very very nice and that is super appreciated.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I've never felt more at ease at a dentist and more seen. Paige is an absolute angel and we love her, we came from a friends recommendation but we stayed for her and Dr Laing (my apologies if spelling is off) is great, he is very open and honest and explains things in a way thats easy for us to understand and will give us all the options and possible outcomes. Plus he is very good at what he does and always makes sure youre doing okay throughout any procedure. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I have been a patient of Dr. Reich’s for several years and he has always taken excellent care of me. There were times in the past I needed dental care I could not afford and he told me how important it was everyone receive the care they need regardless of their finances. He set up an affordable payment plan and never made me feel as though he was doing me a favor. I will never forget your kindness.

Make the Change!!! I switched over to Garden City Dental and I am in awe! The staff was amazing! Everyone is nice and so so beautiful! Your first visit you leave with gifts! I chose champagne glasses! The dentist was very through and they are sure that you are cared for all the way. I would recommend them to the entire world!! Trust me, there’s no one better! Don’t be deceived by the outside. Because the inside is dentistry heaven!

Everyone here treats you like family they’re kind, patient, and very professional. The dental assistants and hygienists are amazing, and the doctor is super knowledgeable and gentle. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in my smile. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Garden City Dentistry for many years and would like to lead with the fact that the staff is wonderful. However, I am extremely disappointed with my last visit and will not be returning after what happened. I had a chipped filling in a molar and went in to have it repaired. Three of my teeth were drilled without my consent, and one of the teeth that this dentist decided to drill caused me serious pain for months. I went in due to the pain in fear of the tooth being damaged or infected and was sent home with ibuprofen. I was charged for this appointment when it was due to the poor work that was done on a tooth that I didn't ask or approve of being worked on. I followed up at another dentist and wouldn't you know that I now have to pay for a crown on this tooth. The dentist asked me what happened to this tooth before I ever even mentioned the situation. I feel hurt and taken advantage of by this practice because I have been loyal for years and it seems that profiting from my insurance on these fillings I didn't ask for or need was more important than that. The way to make this right would be to refund me for the emergency appointment I had to have due to a tooth being drilled that wasn't requested. This was a necessary follow up appointment due to extreme discomfort from work that wasn't asked for by one of your dentists. I had to pay $160 for something that wasn't my fault and reimbursement is how you can make it right.

My first visit was excellent, the staff as well as Dr. M. Reich was polite and professional. He didn't hurt my mouth at all with the needle I have a slight fear of needles,and he didn't hurt me. As well as a good personality.

My daughter had the best dental appointment today! Mr. Moe moe and the whole staff were phenomenal! The office was clean, full of ambiance, and was a great experience! Highly recommend!
