Garage Technology Access

When I called Kovi to tell him my garage door would not open, he offered to come out the same day and also gave me a fixed price which included a complimentary door service. The installer Eddie was very pleasant and came when he said he would. He did the job quickly and effectively without fuss at the price I was quoted. I would happily recommend them to anyone. :)

Just had my garage roller door repaired by a wonderful technician sent by Garage Technology Access. I’m extremely grateful that they were able to send someone out within 30mins of me calling them. He was a fantastic technician, very polite, extremely knowledgeable and repaired the damage fairly quickly. The cost of the repair was very competitive and very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely be calling them again if my garage door needs any further repairs.

Eddie is friendly, professional and super helpful! Highly recommended! Requested a motor installation service. My garage door is very old, the wood is very rotten, he went extra steps helping me to secure the wood to the door. Really appreciate his service!!

29/7/25. Cannot speak highly enough of Eddie. My elderly father was told he will need a new motor for his garage door, but Eddie was able to fix it within minutes. Communication was great with my father and also with myself. We have used Garage Technologies Access for our own home and we will continue to do so and recommend to others.

Called Eddie after hours when our garage door went on strike. He arrived within the hour, fixed it well, and even shared some handy maintenance tips. Fast, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff!

Great and friendly service. Came on Sunday as agreed. Called 15 minutes before arrival. After assessing the situation agreed to return on Monday to replace the broken tension spring on our garage door. Technician arrived on time. Gave notice 15 min prior. Completed the job and the door works just like new. As tradesman to tradesman I appreciate the workmanship. I believe it was a reasonable price as well. Cheers

The big garage door got stuck on the way down around 10:30pm. Called GT Access, sent them some photos and Eddie came out within ~20mins. I am so grateful he was able to put in a temporary fix and replaced the motor and realigned the “teeth” for the big garage door within 2 days. He kept us informed the whole time. It took out so much stress from the process. Thank you so much Eddie for your prompt service at that time of night at a reasonable price and your reassuring knowledge and service.

Great experience with GT Access after they came out the repair our broken garage door spring mechanism that somehow detached from the wall. I called the office and sent some photos through. Price given was much cheaper then what other companies had told me to be around $900+ (callout fee was alone $400), GT Access confirmed $275 Inc GST. The office said technician would arrive by 1pm but I had a pleasant call from the technician that he'll be over in 15 min, he arrived at 12.19pm much earlier then expected. Much to the excitement of my wife and daughter that they can go shopping soon... My wife said the technician proved very knowledgeable and repaired it within 30 minutes. He did advise the motor is weak (I did wonder this as it is slow) but we'll just monitor for now. I even sounds less creaky and more free of movement then before. All-in-all a great 1st experience with GT Access and will highly recommend them to friends and family. Definitely worvey of 5 stars.
