Absolutely great. Came and fixed/replaced my broken springs, had everything they needed in truck. Technician was very informative as to what needed done and why. Went above expectations for this repair, and it was like 5 degrees the whole time he was working. I will recommend to everyone. Very fair pricing also. Will definitely use again when need arises. I will never need another garage door repair/replacement company, and neither will you. I’ve worked with Garage Door Repair twice now and both times service was super fast, the issue was determined quickly, and fixed just as efficiently. Any questions I asked were explained throughly, though I didn’t need to ask many as I was informed every step of the process what all was wrong and how it was being fixed. They even went above and beyond changing out the lightbulb, taking that off my to do list. All in all, Jimmy and the rest of the folks at Garage Door Repair LLC are consistently top notch and I will be calling them for all garage door needs!

Very professional. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Had a cable break. They replaced both cables and installed new heavy duty brackets, calibrated and lubricated. Door is working better than ever now. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend.

He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and great at communicating not only the initial issue and diagnosis, but the repair process and additional maintenance tips. Jimmy and Andrew did quick work. Called them at 4:45 pm on a Friday and they came out at 10 am the next day. Honestly hard to beat that turn-around. Diagnosed the issue in about 2 seconds and fixed it within 45 minutes. Price for 2 springs and a broken bracket replacement + labor seemed pretty modest for what you expect things to be nowadays. Did a little maintenance on the hinges and pull chain as well. Thanks for the quality and speedy work. Would recommend.

My garage spring broke late Friday night. I called Saturday morning and Randolph came out Saturday afternoon to replace the seeping, cables, etc. Randolph was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find this level of customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repairs!
