How high should your TV be when installed on the wall?
Well think of where you like to sit when you go to a theater. Nobody likes to sit in the front rows because their necks will be in pain by the end of the movie. The same applies for your TV. You want the middle of the screen to be at a comfortable viewing height from where you will be sitting.
Try this. Place your phone in one hand while sitting in your favorite spot. Hold the phone about 1ft in front of you. Keeping your eyes in the center of your screen start very high and work your way down to where you feel comfortable, then stop. Now that’s the neck position you want when watching your TV.
Place the center of your screen at a height that will let you enjoy hours of TV without being a pain in the neck.
