Amazing place to stay for overnight or long-term. Our chihuahua was so thrilled to have a fenced yard to run around in! This is a great place to stay and the owners are very friendly!

Terrific location in a great park! Staff is top notch and this park is perfect for either long term or short term RVers. We have been here for 18 months and love it. Close enough to the city to get anything you need from town but far enough out that we aren’t in the middle of a noisy city. Social events on special occasions make it nice for getting to know your neighbors if you’re interested in that sort of thing and the facilities include laundry and showers for those who need that option.

I found this park when my starter went out on my generator, (major full-time boon docker), 2017. From day one, I knew this park was something special. They have always gone far above and beyond to help me with any issues I've had. I've been meaning to move on, but it is so nice here and located so close to the DFW area, I've ended up staying, (2024). Management takes exceptional care of everything from lawn care to clean bathrooms and showers. Laundry facilities are all new and there is a clubhouse for events. Pads are all level concrete, and roads are either blacktop or concrete. Everyone here appreciates the park as much as I do, and it shows.

This was a fantastic stay!!! Management was great, sites were great, VERY clean facilities! I’d be happy to head back if work takes me that way again A true joy and pleasure 😊

Nice large concrete pads. Pretty landscaping, quiet atmosphere with a very friendly staff. Just put in New clubhouse with large laundry room and lounge area on one side and kitchen and party/meeting room on the other. Supposed to be getting a pool in 2019. Just starting our 3 month stay and if all goes well we'll be back next season.

Nice quiet RV PARK, with cement pads and some covered spots. Staff were friendly. 3 small dog parks made it nice.

Lived here for 5 and 1/2 years. Great neighbors clean park worst management ever. Joy is the most disgusting human I have ever met. Kelly is the fakes person I have ever met. Both signed non-disclosure contracts with the owner Both broke those contracts by speaking to neighbors about issues they had with us. Joy loves to drive through the park and spy on residents and can be seen wearing pj's in the office all day. Don't waist your time or money staying in this park as long as they run the office. Chrissy however was an amazing park manager but stepped down about 2 and a half years ago. I will post pics to prove I lived there and also pics of how Kelly likes to texts residents. I am sure I will have to keep reposting since they will probably take this down. Here is Joy's dog off a leash just rooming the clubhouse after she had signs posted no dogs aloud. Also a pic of her moms trailer. Way past the 10 year old limit with and AC unit put in windward with duct tape which is against park rules. Also my head bleeding after fixing there AC units for free in the middle of the night.

Management is awesome, they keep the RV park well maintained. The park is located in safe area, every so often there is law enforcement presence in the park, love that!!! They have very nice amenities, a huge laundry room, with an area in front to watch tv. They are expanding, adding new sites. Chrissy and Joy in the office are great friendly and helpful!!! We are in process of moving to Florida or we would still be there!

I love the park love the people everyone looks out for one another managers are helpful and caring just a great place to live
