Terrible, shady people. Do not use. Hired them to do my garage. I was actually recommended to them by a friend. The price I paid was honestly pretty decent. However, you do get what you paid for. 6 months after using my garage, it started looking like this (photos below). Texted him about it and they blamed me saying I don’t open my garage to let the air out. I actually go in and out of my garage few times a day. I don’t actually know why my garage started molding like this, the owner said it’s my fault, it no fault of theirs and he wouldn’t repair or cover to replace the drywall. Called them over to inspect, he said he’ll open the walls up to show you that it’s not due to leaks, and just left with all these holes all over my garage. He asked me to pay him $400 to patch it up. They also left all my light switches exposed. So unprofessional. I’m so upset I used them. Would not recommend to anyone.

Recently got a garage and fence build by Galaxy Cottage in NW Calgary. I have been very happy with the work they provided. The project once started was completed fairly quickly and in good quality. The pricing was very competitive and overall I am very happy that I went with Galaxy as the contractor for my project. Communication was very easy and they always addressed every question i had along the way. I highly recommend them.

My neighbour had a garage built by them in the spring and they had a good experience. We decided to use the company as well and while they are in the process of completing it right now, I can already tell that they are doing an excellent job and the boss on the phone is always very nice. We left town when the concrete pad was supposed to be completed and didn’t realize, and it was very simple to reschedule and they were very kind about it. I really do recommend them!

We contracted Galaxy Cottage Construction Ltd. For building our garage in Summer 2025. We were promised that the garage would be ready by May 2025. However, due to continuous rainfall, the project got delayed. The good part was that clear and regular communication was done to update on the situation and when the project will start. Once it was started, it was completed in a timely manner without unnecessary delays. From pouring concrete to building the complete garage structure, it was great job, good communication and regular updates. We did get few paid upgrades and few upgrades were included by the contractor themselves. We are very happy with the quality service and product we received. Will 100% recommend Galacy Cottage Construction Ltd.

Galaxy Cottage Construction did an excellent job on our project. Aek and Lali were wonderful to work with—professional, skilled, and responsive throughout. They handled the garage, roofing, siding, and fence installation with great attention to detail. There were a few hiccups along the way, as you might expect in any construction project, but everything was addressed promptly and resolved in a fair, mutual way. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and the way the team communicated and followed through. I’d definitely recommend Galaxy Cottage Construction and would work with them again in the future.

Great garage for an amazing price. Quality and speed of build was top notch. I've seen my neighbours take a very long time to build their garages in comparison. Communication can be a weak point but as long as you take initiative on when to plan and ask when they will come over, this can become a non issue. Overall I had no regrets and I am very happy with the results.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! BEWARE !!!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST AND DO NOT BUILD QUALITY GARAGES. THE GARAGE DOOR HAS GAPS. SIDDING WRONG AND PAYED FOR INSULATION AND DRYWALL ONLY TO FIND WALL CHEAPLY INSULATED AND NOT SEALING. SPOKE TO OWNER AND HAD EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. NOT EVEN DONE 1YR AND WILL NOT FIX ANY WORK. WILL HAVE TO GO TO COURT. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH VERY VERY LOW QUALITY WORK AND SERVICE.
